• Request-form data: name, phone, optional e-mail, from/to addresses, move date and details, comment.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Analytics and advertising data — only with your consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your request and quote, contacting you — pre-contractual/contractual basis (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Site security and spam protection — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to run the site, for analytics and ad measurement. Analytics and marketing cookies activate only after your consent (Google Consent Mode v2 — denied by default). See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Who we share data with

• Telegram — delivering your request to our team.
• Google (Analytics, Ads) — when you consent to analytics/marketing.
• Hosting provider (Hostinger) — technical storage.
• Some services may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

• Requests and correspondence — up to 24 months from contact.
• Cookie consent — 12 months, then re-requested.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.cz).
